As summer continues, the water has slowly began to taper off as the majority of the snow has finally melted. Believe it or not though, I'm still seeing patches of snow here and there while hiking at the upper elevations.
Matter of fact, this image is shot right off of the one and only motorcycle-accessible trail in Big Cottonwood Canyon - at the top of the trail, just a couple weeks ago, I was forced to stop due to snow covering the trail (and quite a bit actually). |
